In June 2018 Ali’s good friend Pauline organised Ali to visit Kialla West Primary School.

The school organised to have a SHINY SPARKLY day and Ali spent the whole day there.

Ali shared her story with 260 young people from Preps to Year 6’s, talking all things about being yourself, what makes you special (your shiny sparkly ingredients) and the process of writing, authoring and printing a book.

There were lots of shiny sparkly costumes, and sparkles sprinkled EVERYWHERE! Ali LOVED it!.

She also met a very special shiny sparkly unicorn named Olivia. Olivia was SO excited about Ali visiting and she wrote Ali a very special letter.
